Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joshua Mathiason, and I’m a workout coach and personal fitness trainer. My specialty is fitting people with the right workout. So who is this workout program for? I would match a very specific type of client to this workout. First of all it would be a person who prefers to workout at home rather than going to the gym. It would also be someone who isn’t looking for an all-in-one workout machine or a home gym style of workout. Lastly, it would be a person who would be excited about approaching the process of getting in shape as an extension and fulfillment of their faith in Jesus Christ.
